1、 Extremely strong corrosion resistance

The overcurrent part of the pump is entirely made of imported fluorine materials, which have strong adaptability to corrosive liquids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong oxidants. Especially the stronger the corrosiveness, the more superior it can be. Its corrosion resistance far exceeds that of high nickel alloys, 20 grade alloys, and even higher than high silicon cast iron, earning it the reputation of corrosion resistance worldwide.

2、 Extremely excellent wear resistance

The pump is made by special processes of baking, melting, and molding. The fluorine lining thickness of the steel lined composite pump body is over 10mm, and the fluorine lining thickness of the clamp type pump body is over 25mm. Special treatment is carried out on the fluorine inner wall to resist the abrasion of ferrous sulfate.
In addition, due to the pump's designed speed of 740 revolutions per minute, the linear velocity of the impeller outer circle is low, greatly reducing the friction between the granular medium and the pump body, impeller, and back cover. The service life of the machine seal has been increased by more than 60%, coupled with the use of imported fluorine materials (fluorine materials are tough, extremely good, and have extremely good wear resistance. After testing at a pressure of 300P, fluorine materials do not shatter, break, or crack). At the same time, our company also coated a layer of wear-resistant material (applied for national patent, invention patent number: 20071 0191472. Due to its excellent thermal shock resistance, self-lubricating properties, and impact resistance. 2. This pump adopts a rear opening pull-out structure pump, which is easy to disassemble and maintain. During maintenance, the connecting pipeline can be removed without disassembling, and the pump shaft can be removed.
3. The shaft seal adopts a new combination seal, which is suitable for transporting highly corrosive liquids containing suspended particles.
4. The pump body flow channel is not easily blocked, with a large cavitation allowance. The shaft and bearing design have high reliability to ensure smooth operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.

JXF type mechanical seal

The mechanical seal adopts a double end seal, and the static ring is made of imported Hastelloy alloy material, which must be rinsed with cooling water. Alternatively, an external single end mechanical seal can be used.

Installation of JXF pump

1、 Before installation, the foundation dimensions, position, surface condition, and elevation should be checked to ensure they meet the design requirements.
2、 After washing and pouring concrete into the anchor bolt hole, it should solidify for at least 48 hours and recheck the level and verticality of the pump.
3、 The pump and motor must be installed on the same axis, with a deviation of no more than 0.2mm.
4、 The connecting pipeline of the pump should be properly supported with brackets, and the pump should not bear the weight of the device.

JXF type operation and maintenance

1、 When manually turning the coupling, it should rotate flexibly, with even weight and no friction inside the pump.
2、 Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the bearing box.
3、 Check if the cooling water in the sealed area is unobstructed. Before starting up, the cooling water must be supplied first.
4、 Before the test drive, the entire system needs to be selected to prevent debris from damaging the fluorine materials on the pump body and impeller.
5、 Tap the motor and check if the steering is correct.
6、 The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the limit of the bearing housing shall not exceed 80 ℃.
7、 When stopping the pump, the outlet and inlet valves should be closed first, and then the power should be cut off without closing the cooling water valve.
8、 If the system does not operate for a long time, a comprehensive surface cleaning should be carried out inside the pump to remove sediment from the pump chamber, in order to avoid damaging the impeller when starting up
